Product Features:

§  This model dimension is specially designed to be smaller than before, so the construction is more compact and the working process is simpler. To change the 3 plates to 1 plate system, by adding a small plate for dropping cups, which is very convenient and easy.

§  The bottom cutter is under the mould to make sure to directly punch the cup bottom after the bottom paper cutting, so it can avoid the cup to be turned over.

§  The paper curling adopts a separate cam, then the stroke of the lifting plate is greatly reduced and the vibration of the machine is reduced, so as to improve stability.

§  With the ULTRASONIC HEATERS Llight control buttons (in paper tube, paper roll, paper dropping place as so on) to detect working faults, the machine can automatically stop running with an alarm. It can avoid machine parts friction to improve machine stability and life span.
